Please enter only once. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. Animefood and its affiliates, agents, and employees, and the sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of entries.Animefood and its affiliates, agents, and employees, and the sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any damage to computer systems from downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. Animefood and its affiliates, agents, and employees, and the sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for transportation to and from the Concert. Animefood and its affiliates, agents, and employees, and the sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not responsible for any claims from attending the concert, or wrongly submitted information. One (1) prize will be awarded. You are eligible only for the Contest presented in your offering. Winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible on-line entries received by Animefood. Selection of the contest winner is the sole responsibility of the contest sponsor. Approximate numerical odds of winning are based on the number of contest entries received. Employees of AnimeFood, any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or members of their immediate families are not eligible. Any dispute regarding submission of on-line entry will be deemed only if submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. AnimeFood and/or the contest sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Contest at any time if AnimeFood on-line service is no longer available or is compromised by any virus, bugs, or other intervention beyond its control. In any of these events, prizes may be awarded based on electronic entries received prior to date of termination. The contest sponsor reserves the right to substitute similar merchandise of equal or greater value in the event a particular merchandise prize is no longer available. Winner will be notified by mail (and those with known e-mail addresses may be notified by e-mail as well) within 24 hours of the drawing and must confirm receipt of winnings within 72 hours of prize notification attempt or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. This contest is governed by any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Any prize/prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Consumer Information: From time to time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests or subscribing to our newsletter. Participation in the contests are completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information to be eligible to enter.
